Article 2 - Order

The Products are offered alone or with the concomitant of a Subscription UNIVERSAL TRADING , any update , innovations and arrivals, are made available to the Purchaser on the shop in line UNIVERSAL TRADING by email.

if you be new in the site, subscribe first, you have the possiblite to make orders and to modify them easily. you have by email each confirmation of order.

The Purchaser chooses if necessary his formula of subscription UNIVERSAL TRADING
The Purchaser chooses his products and/or of possible accessories
The Purchaser type his data of identification
The Purchaser enter his data of identification

The Purchaser definitively confirms his choice on one second summary page
UNIVERSAL TRADING shows reception of the order by indicating to the Purchaser that this one was correctly taken into account via a screen Web, subject to availability of the Product
UNIVERSAL TRADING sends an email of confirmation to the Purchaser detailing the whole of his order and its price all taxes and expenses of delivery included/understood.

Making orders implies whole adhesion, without reserve of the Purchaser in the present General Conditions of Sale as well, if necessary, as in the General Conditions of Subscription or Use attached to the formula of subscription .

The preferential price of the Products with subscription is conditioned to a subscription UNIVERSAL TRADING for the tariff in force one minimum duration 12 months, except special offers without engagement. In the absence of the of a subscription UNIVERSAL TRADING in the 4 weeks following the purchase of the Product, UNIVERSAL TRADING invoice is sent to the Purchaser with the complementary amount to the Price of the Market product without subscription indicated on the summary page of the order.

The Products can also be acquired without subscription, you only have to settle the payment of the sum stipulated on the page of presentation of each Product.

Article 3 - Forwarding - Delivery

The deliveries are carried out in the whole world and in Africa at the address of delivery indicated by the Purchaser or with the address of the Relay-Parcel of its choice or to on place: UNIVERSAL TRADING location.
Under reserve of its availability in stock (of which the quantity is specified on the page of presentation Product (S) ), the Product and/or it additional telephone ordered is delivered within 5 days from the treatment of the order by UNIVERSAL TRADING or in the event of the choice of the mode of delivery premium* to the date and hour suggested during the ordering (between 19h and 21h for any place order day before before 24h).

The Market product remains the property of UNIVERSAL TRADING until the integral payment of its price.
The telephone accessory UNIVERSAL TRADING remains the exclusive and imperceptible property of UNIVERSAL TRADING in accordance with General conditions of Use.

Article 5 - Right of retractation

In regard with the provisions of the articles L. 121-20 and L. 121-20-2 from the Code of Consumption, the Purchaser profits from a seven (7) days deadline frank as from the reception of the Product to ask his exchange or for refunding without penalties, except for the expenses of return, and/or to give up the service if the Purchaser ordered a Product with Subscription or a telephone accessory UNIVERSAL TRADING but the purchaser must turn over the front product. .

However, this faculty of retractation cannot be exerted on the subscription subscribes or to it additional telephone UNIVERSAL TRADING, as from the provision by UNIVERSAL TRADING of the service of the startup of the line, when the latter began, with the agreement of the Purchaser, before the end of the seven (7) days deadline frank. This is in particular the case when the Purchaser carries out the activation of his regular account of delivery.

If, within this time, the Purchaser gives up only the subscription service and that it thus does not return the Product, UNIVERSAL TRADING invoice with the Purchaser the price of the Product alone.

The telephone additional Product and/or it UNIVERSAL TRADING must be turned over in recommended with acknowledgement of delivery (expenses with the load of the shipper) in its packing of origin, in perfect state, accompanied by all the possible accessories,

The refunding of the Product or the telephone accessory UNIVERSAL TRADING after return is carried out as soon as possible and at the latest in the thirty (30) days following the delivery.

Article 6 - Price - Terms of payment

The prices of the Products and the telephone accessory UNIVERSAL TRADING are those indicated on the site to the date of the order.

They are indicated all inclusive of tax, except expenses of delivery. The expenses of delivery are indicated if necessary on the site.

The payment is carried out near our service of Telesales of payment made safe by bank card at the moment of the order, money gram or by Express train union.

By elsewhere, UNIVERSAL TRADING will be able to take the sum remaining due under the remainder of the price of the Product due in the absence of subscription of a Subscription in the 4 weeks following the purchase of the mobile. This last taking away takes place at the expiration date specified on the received invoice.

Article 7 - Guarantee - After-sales service

UNIVERSAL TRADING is committed ensuring the after-sales service of the Products. The Purchaser profits from a guarantee manufacturer twelve (12) month old including/understanding the parts and labour, under the conditions envisaged by the manufacturer.

The damage of external origin or consecutive to a misuse of the Product or a use nonin conformity, is excluded the liability.

The provisions above do not make obstacle with the application of the legal guarantee envisaged by the articles 1641 and following of the Civil code.

Article 8 - Personal data

The collected data are the subject of a data-processing treatment.

They are used by UNIVERSAL TRADING or its people receiving benefits for the management of the account of the customer and, if necessary, for any operation of direct marketing, whatever the media used, carried out by UNIVERSAL TRADING to inform its customers of its offers and services. UNIVERSAL TRADING reserves the right in addition, except contrary opinion of the Purchaser, to exploit and communicate say them information to thirds, in particular to cabinets of and institute market research of survey and exclusively at ends of study and analysis, or with companies within the framework of joint commercial deals or not, in particular for operations of direct marketing.

Within the framework of the management of its clients' account, UNIVERSAL TRADING will be able to use the number of Bank card of the Purchaser in order to take there the amount due to the title of the order made on the shop in line UNIVERSAL TRADING, like with the title of the remainder of the price of the which had product, if necessary, and this in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of present.
